What Would the Future Look Like if Women and Children Mattered?

We all want a better future for our children. But with today’s challenges, it may be hard to see how we achieve that.  The Mothership has answers--answers that start with our own stories.  Stories about what’s inspiring, what gives us hope, and reminds us of the potential for what we can be.

You’ll be hearing from social justice leaders from all walks of life and all parts of the globe.  Their vision, commitment and actions have protected children, given young people hope for a better life and ended injustice. You won’t just hear what they did but also who inspired them to become who they are today. And we’re documenting and leaving these stories behind in hopes that the next generation will find them and be inspired to act as well.

You can check out my interviews with gig workers around the world from my previous podcast, The Gig, produced during the COVID pandemic between 2020 and 2022, when these essential workers began to organize for better protections and rights - and we all began to pay attention to their stories.
